By accessing or using the Ranks Arena platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, do not use our services.

Ranks Arena is a sports ranking platform that allows arenas and training centers to create and manage amateur athlete rankings, organize tournaments and track results in real time. Arenas can also generate temporary links to share with referees, allowing score recording without login.

• Arena/Club: can create rankings, manage athletes and organize tournaments. Subject to the limits of the contracted plan (Free, Basic, Pro or Master).
• Athlete: can request to join arenas, track their rankings and view tournament results.

Arenas can subscribe to plans (Free, Basic, Pro or Master), each with different limits on athletes, rankings and active tournaments. Add-ons can be purchased to expand these limits. The active plan determines the features available on the platform. Financial transactions are processed securely by Stripe according to their own terms available at stripe.com.

• Provide truthful information in registration and profile.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and credentials.
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes or to harm others.
• Not create fake accounts or impersonate another person or organization.
• Respect other users and not publish offensive content.

You are responsible for the content you publish (names, photos, descriptions). By publishing, you grant Ranks Arena a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, commit fraud or harm other users, without prior notice and without the right to a refund of amounts paid.

Ranks Arena is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors. We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify significant changes by email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo/SP, unless otherwise required by law.
